Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Orders shipped within the UK, enjoy free standard shipping and next day delivery options. We use the British Postal Service for all our deliveries and next day shipping is available on orders placed before 2pm. Processing times on UK orders can take 1 - 3 business days and will be delivered 3 - 5 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship to the UK. We suggest, ordering and shipping your order to a UK PayPal confirmed address first. Then, from the UK PayPal confirmed address, you would have to ship the product from that address to your international address.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not issue any refunds on any of our sales

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products, however in the instance that you receive your hair extensions and are for any reason unhappy with your order, please contact us at support@rawhairlondon.com, detailing the problem with your order. Once your request has been reviewed and validated, we will either exchange your order or issue you store credit in the amount of your order.

In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, all hair extensions must be returned to us within 15 days of its original shipment date. Any return requests not received within the specified time frame will not be considered.

All hair to be returned must be in its original condition. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. All sales are final on altered products (i.e. bundles are unwrapped, cut or extensions have been worn)

Exchanges

Customers CANNOT return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies regarding health regulation and hygiene concerns. If the hair tags and clips have been removed and the hair has been used in any visible manner, all exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain clipped and tied as originally packaged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for processing exchanges.

For exchanges that have been granted and require different extension lengths or textures than originally ordered and thus amount to a higher price than initially paid, the customer will be required to make an additional payment before the exchange is made. If the value of the exchanged items is lower than the value of the original order, we will provide you with an exchange and issue you store credit for the excess amount.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in a product return transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.
