Raw hair is human hair that has not been processed in any way. Raw hair is collected, cleaned, sorted by length and texture and in some cases we weft the hair before it is ready for use.
Virgin hair on the other hand is human hair that is processed by heat, steam or chemicals in order to achieve a desired curl pattern and texture.
As our hair has not been altered, manipulated or processed in any way, we DO NOT adhere to, nor follow any grading system.
All our products are 100% raw human hair.
Currently, all our bundles are sourced directly from India- the hair comes from hindu devotees.
We also source hair from other countries who we know have a hair collecting culture, like Vietnam, Cambodia or Russia. However, while there is some supply collected in these countries, the supply is limited, which can make sourcing from these regions expensive.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples. However, we encourage you to sample 2-3 bundles of any length or texture from our discounted retail shop, before comitting to a larger order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts. As a wholesale and discounted retail hair provider, our prices are already rock bottom! We strive to provide clients with the best hair at the best prices, and we are always reviewing our prices to ensure we live up to that goal.
We do not offer coloured bundles, as all our hair is 100% raw human hair. They do however come in a variety of natural colours ranging from black and browns to blondes, depending on the origin of the hair.
Yes! Our hair is 100% raw human hair and has not been chemically processed or silicon coated, therefore you can colour (bleach and/or dye), curl or straighten it as desired.
We advice that all colouring is done by a professional, to avoid damaging the hair, as hair that is chemically lifted or coloured requires extra care to ensure it lasts long. Additionally, when heat styling your extensions, we recommend you use a heat protector before applying heat to the hair. We also advise a lower heat setting when using styling tools to prolong the life of the hair.
Special requests are orders made on items that aren’t a part of our regular inventory based on their limited supply. They include 8 inch bundles and bundles of 24 inches and up.
To make an order on special request, contact us via email at support@rawhairlondon.com with your request and we will get back to you within 48hrs with next steps. The entire speical request order process is handled personally and carefully, and typically takes 7 to 10 days to process, depending on the complexity of the order. We do our best to ensure that all special request orders are handled with great attention to detail while taking the shortest possible time.
Once an order has been made and payment has been confirmed, processing time can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days.
Orders placed before 2pm in the UK will be processed and shipped on the same day.
We do not process international orders at the moment, unfortunately.

Raw Hair London does not cancel orders under any circumstance.
We are unable to modify orders that are already in the processing stage.
If the order has not been processed, we will be more than happy to modify your order. All you have to do is send us an email via support@rawhairlondom, as soon as you can, stating the required changes and the reason for them. We will contact you on next steps thereafter.
Please note:
For changes to the client’s address, proof of identity and payment must be presented. Once we are able to verify the information provided, we shall implement the necessary changes.
For changes in extension length or texture; as long as the order changes are equal to the price of the original order, we will process the changed order and ship as usual. If the changes to the order are less than the price of the original order, we will modify your order and issue you store credit. If the changes to the order come to more than the original price of the order, the customer will be required to make the additional payment before the changes can be implemented.
Orders are sometimes delayed through the postal system and waiting a few days usually does the trick. If your order still hasn’t arrived a week after the stipulated delivery time, please contact us at support@rawhairlondon.com with details of your order tracking number and we will advise you as to the best next steps.
We do our best to respond to all our customers within 48 hours. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received, so please do not send multiple emails.
Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Please also bear in mind time differences as we are based in the UK.
If you have received your order and would like a refund, please contact us via support@rawhairlondon.com stating the reasons for your return request, along with any supporting evidence. If your return request is valid, we will share details of our return address with you. As we do not process any refunds, we will be glad to issue you store credit towards another purchase.
Please be advised that hair extensions must be returned to us within 15 days of its original shipment date. All hair to be returned must be in its original condition and cannot have been worn or opened. You can learn more about our return policy here.
